Human Resources Generalist Resort Operations Are you a people focused HR professional who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment Join Vacatia and help us create an exceptional workplace experience for the teams who deliver memorable vacations to our guests and owners Were looking for a hands on approachable Human Resources Generalist to partner with resort leadership support our associates and help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture This is an opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being actively involved in resort operations building meaningful relationships and making a difference every day What Youll Do Be a trusted HR partner Serve as a go to resource for associates and resort leaders providing guidance on HR policies employee relations performance management and workplace concernsCreate a great first impression Partner with Talent Acquisition and department managers to support recruiting hiring new hire orientation and onboardingSupport our associates Assist with benefits administration leave management workers compensation payroll updates and employee related questionsBuild a positive workplace culture Support associate engagement recognition training and development initiatives that help our teams thrivePartner with resort leadership Provide hands on HR support across resort departments including coaching performance evaluations employee relations and staffing needsKeep us compliant Maintain accurate employee records support HR reporting and audits and ensure consistent application of company policies and applicable employment laws What Were Looking For 24 years of Human Resources experience ideally in hospitality resort operations or a similar service oriented environmentWorking knowledge of employee relations recruitment onboarding benefits administration and employment lawsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with associates and leadershipExcellent organizational skills sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalismA proactive adaptable and hands on approach to supporting a dynamic resort environmentExperience with HRIS applicant tracking and payroll systems preferredBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered SHRM CP or PHR certification is a plus Why Join Vacatia At Vacatia hospitality starts with our people Youll have the opportunity to work closely with resort leadership support associates across multiple departments and play an important role in creating a workplace where employees feel valued supported and empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences Ready to make an impact and help us build a workplace where great hospitality begins #J-18808-Ljbffr
