Responsibilities:

\n
• Set up style numbers and create purchase orders in AMT system.
\n
• Handle daily correspondence with factories. Liaison with design, sales, and traffic dept as needed.
\n
• Work with production team members to oversee all time and action
\n
• and production WIP charts. Follow up with overseas factories to ensure execution of all production orders
\n
• Responsible for on time deliveries of bulk orders, and timely communication with sales with any delivery updates
\n
• Partner with the traffic and accounting department to make sure release and goods arrive in WH on time
\n
• Approve/comment on shipping marks, packaging layouts etc.
\n
• Create cost charts to review with department head for relevancy and desired margin.
\n
• Review, check and comment on samples for spec and quality.
\n

\n Qualifications

\n
• :0-3 years of experienc
\n
• eProficiency in MS office, with a strong emphasis on Exce
\n
• lExcellent organizational and communication skill
\n
• sVery detail-oriented, flexible and able to multi-tas
\n
• kAbility to problem solve and trouble shoot in a fast paced environment
\n
• .Working knowledge of garment construction, patterns, process and testing understanding a plus
\n
• .Chinese language skills are a plus and may support communication with our international partners
\n
